HIGH STRENGTH AXIAL NEEDLE BEARINGS
High strength axial needle roller bearings strength withstand much higher thrust and radial loads. Unlike the cheaper solution like POM, they also provide a much lower coefficient of friction between the swingarm and the frame.
PINS
Pins are precision machined, induction hardened and polished to tolerances set by the vehicle manufacturer. Material used is high grade SAE52100 bearing steel, harden to above HRC60.
BUSHINGS
Bushings are precision machined , polished, hardened to HRC48 and then galvanized. The material used is automotive standard SPCC steel.
SEALS
Seals are made of nitrile butadiene rubber and strictly molded to the exact specifications of the OEM. They prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture, and other damaging contaminants from entering the bearings.
