1. What is the delivery time of the products?

The delivery time depends on whether the requested item is available in our stock or in that of our supplier, although in no case will it take more than ten days in the case of national shipments and fifteen in shipments outside the national territory.

The shipping system in all cases will be through courier service or urgent parcel service that will take between two and five days from the departure from our warehouses, a term that will be added to the one mentioned in the previous paragraph. If you add several items to the cart, the approximate delivery date will be the furthest away in time.

Standard shipments are usually delivered three days after ordering. purchase through the web, although these delivery times are indicative, and in any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated terms will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation, although it will right to cancel it.

Delivery times are calculated on working days and if there is a problem we will notify you immediately and we will give you a new delivery time. If it is not possible to serve you said product, we will proceed to cancel it.

2. Is there a physical store where I can pick up the products personally?

It is possible to pick up the material at our Nonstop bikes store in Tona (Barcelona).

3. Is VAT included in the prices?

All the prices of the products that appear on our website include VAT. In relation to this tax, it must be said that as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union. When selling to any other country in the world, VAT will not be charged, although the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges.

4. Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no type of limitation when making a purchase. But you should know that you can benefit from free shipping from certain amounts.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship abroad. In purchases destined for countries that do not belong to the European Economic Community, VAT will not be applied, however, Nonstop bikes will not be responsible for the taxes of each country, tariffs or dispatch charges.
