Technical details:
PINS
The pins are precision turned, induction hardened and polished according to the tolerances established by the vehicle manufacturer. Material used is high grade SAE52100 bearing steel.
COLLARS
Collars are precision turned, polished, hardened to HRC48 and then galvanized. The material used is standard automotive SPCC steel.
SEALS
Seals are made of nitrile butadiene rubber and strictly molded to exact OEM specifications. They prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture, and other harmful contaminants from entering the bearings.
HIGH-STRENGTH NEEDLE BEARINGS
Heavy duty needle roller bearings are full complement drawn cup, SPCC hardened steel with internal clearances particularly suitable for off road racing use (suitable to withstand high shocks and loads).
