PINS
Pins are precision turned, induction hardened and polished to tolerances set by the vehicle manufacturer. The material used is high grade SAE52100 bearing steel.
SEALS
Dust seals are made of nitrile butadiene rubber and strictly molded according to the exact OEM specifications. They prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture, and other damaging contaminants from entering the bearings.
HIGH-STRENGTH NEEDLE BEARINGS
Heavy duty needle roller bearings are full complement drawn cup, SPCC hardened steel with internal clearances particularly suitable for off road racing use (suitable to withstand high shocks and loads).
