Description:

Premium kits contain all the necessary items for a complete OEM quality service for your lower shock. Manufactured specifically to meet strict OEM quality requirements, in terms of materials, dimensional tolerances, hardness and surface roughness.

Technical details:

PINS

Pins are precision machined, induction hardened and polished to tolerances set by the vehicle manufacturer. Material used is high grade SAE52100 bearing steel.

COLLARS

Collars are precision turned, polished, hardened to HRC48 and then galvanized. The material used is automotive standard SPCC steel.

SEALS

Dust seals are made of high quality rubber. nitrile butadiene and strictly molded to exact OEM specifications. They prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture, and other harmful contaminants from entering the bearings.

HIGH-STRENGTH NEEDLE BEARINGS

Heavy duty needle roller bearings are full complement drawn cup, SPCC hardened steel with internal clearances particularly suitable for off road racing use (suitable to withstand high shocks and loads).
