Beta is launching the new EVO My 2025 on the market with an original and high-impact aesthetic that makes this new model both sporty and elegant. The main novelty lies in the suspension compartment, with the adoption of completely new Ollé forks and a monoshock. The winning engine-chassis technical package is also confirmed, which allows the EVO to remain at the top of the racing rankings, in all categories.
The EVO range is one of the most extensive and continues to consist of no less than 6 different models, all of them with their own personality, capable of satisfying the varied needs of the riders, taking their potential and fun to a higher level. Proof of this is the large number of EVO models in the paddocks of all the competitions.
Evo 300 4T
The 4-stroke model has the usual 300 cc displacement, the ideal compromise between performance, engine maneuverability and general ease of use. This engine adopts a different "driving philosophy" to that of its 2-stroke sisters. This is a bike with plenty of torque, a linear and extremely progressive power delivery, ideal for enthusiasts looking for a bike that they can do both light racing and touring.
New for the entire range:
Suspensions: The EVO My 2025 fork has a new architecture with Ø 38 tubes, 1 mm larger than the previous model. The larger diameter compared to the past leads to an increase in torsional rigidity at the front wheel, which benefits driving precision and ease of handling. The operating scheme is asymmetrical, the right stem contains the spring and is therefore dedicated to managing the elastic operation, while on the left is the open cartridge for regulating the hydraulic system, combined with a 12 mm diameter hard-anodized aluminum pump rod, 2 mm larger than the previous model. Both stems are equipped with convenient adjustment screws controlled by anodised Allen screws in different colours.
The development of the new fork was driven by the desire to obtain a lightweight product but with a more rigid structure: this result was achieved thanks to the use of a special steel that has made it possible to reduce the thickness of the tube without compromising its robustness, and to achieve a larger internal diameter, useful for managing the hydraulic system.
The new internal volume available has made it possible to use larger diameter components, capable of managing higher hydraulic flows, ensuring greater progression in response to subsidence, as well as greater precision in customising the setting.
The black surface treatment guarantees maximum fluidity and a quality look.
EVO 300 2T only: The monoshock, also from Ollé, is completely new. With a body made entirely of aluminium to reduce weight, the new Mono features a 36 mm diameter piston derived from the Evo Factory model and is also made of hard anodised aluminium to ensure fluidity and durability. Like the fork, the monoshock is fully adjustable both in terms of preload, using the canonical rings, and in terms of spring behaviour, with the rebound damping adjustment.
Innovations in the suspension compartment give the bike greater progression of sag and better management of rebound, making it easier for it to "float" over rocks and absorb major impacts, such as landing from large obstacles. The end-of-travel feature has also been optimised, focusing on correct support during downhill to ensure maximum grip on the ground for the front tyre.
Graphics: for the 2025 model year, the aesthetic impact has been completely revised, exploiting the new red and grey combinations that characterise the latest Beta models, in an unprecedented mix that gives the vehicle a very marked personality. The skilful use of red, used for the grey frame base trim, and red plastics, enhances the volumes of the bike and considerably embellishes its appearance.
The adoption of the latest innovations introduced in previous years' models is also confirmed.
Electronic key: The key consists of two parts: one that remains anchored to the handlebars of the vehicle and the other, magnetic (which the rider can wear with a wristband), which is disconnected to activate the mechanism, fulfilling the function of a "Kill-Switch" device.
However, unlike a normal switch, the new electronic key also integrates an anti-theft function by preventing the engine from starting when it is disconnected, thanks to a coding that uniquely pairs the key with the bike, discouraging the theft of the vehicle when left unattended.
Redesigned radiator grille: In addition to optimizing air flow, it features a larger protective surface in the area from the cap and the radiator body, preventing these components from being damaged in collisions with branches, stones or in the event of a fall.
Tank cap: Its shape wraps around the frame and allows all the cable passages to be covered, creating a clean and tidy image of the bike. Inside is the button for the map switch. In fact, it is worth remembering that the EVO is equipped with two engine maps that can be selected from the convenient button located on the tank cap. The position is easily accessible and at the same time protected from accidental knocks, and thanks to the presence of an LED indicator, you can immediately identify the map that has been inserted.
